Job summary

BESTSECRET Group in Sulechów, Poland is seeking an Operations / Performance Manager Logistics to own on-site performance and drive continuous improvements with our 3PL provider. You will define KPIs, monitor SLAs, and coordinate inbound, stow/pick and outbound activities while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years in logistics or operations, with experience in KPI management, ERP systems, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in logistics, operations, or a supervisory/management role.
• Experience with automated material flow systems and logistics operations.
• Experience working with KPIs and performance management; knowledge of Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Confident handling of IT systems, such as ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and a structured way of working.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance assessments and derive improvement recommendations based on the results
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and the 3PL service provider to identify, design, and implement process improvements
• Define performance metrics, benchmarks, and targets for improvement initiatives and monitor progress against them
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps and improve on‑site KPIs
• Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs
• Manage and coordinate the assigned operational areas of the on‑site service provider, including Inbound, Stow/Pick, and Outbound
• Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions together with Operational Excellence and the service provider
• Review operational planning, including forecasted volumes, staffing levels, and performance expectations
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, the external logistics service provider, and customers when required

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or a supervisory/management role within a modern logistics or production environment
• Experience with automated material flow systems and logistics operations
• Experience working with KPIs and performance management; knowledge of Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Confident handling of relevant IT systems, such as ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2); German is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, hands‑on mentality, and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
