Job summary

Beiersdorf Shared Services Poland is seeking a Finance Controlling professional to partner with Supply Chain and Finance, drive performance, and support strategic decisions. The role covers KPI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliant P&L reporting across regional needs.

We require a university degree in Finance/Logistics, 5+ years in Controlling or advisory, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. SAP and BI tool expertise is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting aligned with regional requirements.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting of Supply Chain P&L (month/quarter/year-end).
• Drive process standardization, risk controls, and compliance in Supply Chain Controlling.

Your Tasks

• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive performance management and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Lead and coordinate Supply Chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting of Supply Chain P&L accounts, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, risk controls, and compliance within Supply Chain Controlling operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for Supply Chain Controlling topics and contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

Your Profile
