Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Warsaw seeks a Head of S&OP and Logistics Poland to steer IBP and logistics across demand, supply, and inventory, aligning cross-functional priorities with business objectives.

You will drive service levels and cost optimization, lead continuous improvement, and develop a high-performing team while coordinating with customers and internal partners to ensure reliable end-to-end supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of leadership in supply chain, S&OP/IBP and logistics.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Finance and Logistics.
• History building high-performing teams and strong people leadership.
• Experience with logistics operations (WHS/Transportation) and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBP cadence and cross-functional alignment across demand, supply, inventory and priorities.
• Own governance and decision-making to support timely business actions.
• Drive logistics performance, cost efficiency, and service levels in Poland.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize cost-to-serve across the network.
• Manage risk across planning and logistics; monitor KPIs for visibility.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and execution.
