Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management roles.
• Initial experience in project management.
• Good knowledge of Polish distribution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and SLA performance of warehouse partners.
• Take ownership of demand planning processes.
• Lead monthly stock reconciliation and control reviews.
• Manage inbound shipments, tracking, and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with import-related documentation.
• Oversee goods receipt procedures and system updates.
• Coordinate weekly order dispatches.
• Manage stock and credit returns.
• Monitor stock velocity and inventory targets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify improvements in processes.
