Job summary

TuxCare, a provider of Linux security solutions, seeks a Head of Direct Sales to lead the global direct sales organization across North America and EMEA. You will coach Enterprise Account Executives, shape deal strategies, and drive new business, growth, and renewals in a fully remote setup.

Reporting to the CRO, you will collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to optimize go-to-market motion and build a scalable sales engine while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading direct sales teams across NA and EMEA (enterprise software).
• Hands-on selling to buyers focused on security, compliance, and risk.
• Strong deal coaching, tailored packaging, and pricing skills.
• Ability to translate complex security needs into clear business value for technical and executive buyers.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute direct sales strategy across North America and EMEA.
• Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives and renewals teams.
• Collaborate with reps on active deals to uncover needs and craft proposals.
• Support complex opportunities with negotiations and tailored terms.
• Maintain pipeline health and accurate forecasts; review win/loss trends.
