Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Head of Client Digital Experience to define the strategy and own the performance of the client digital ecosystem. You will guide BBH Infuse and related digital channels, ensuring a coherent portfolio and accessible, high-quality client experiences.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with business, product, and technology leaders, and drive measurable improvements through client insights and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-facing digital products in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, UX, design systems, APIs and analytics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations.
• Background in financial services or asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for BBH’s client digital ecosystem, driving innovation, adoption, and exceptional client experiences across digital channels.
• Oversee the development and evolution of digital platforms, ensuring consistent, accessible, and seamless experiences.
• Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to deliver scalable digital capabilities that enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Use client insights, analytics, and market trends to measure performance and continuously improve the digital experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product, user experience, and analytics professionals with governance across the organization.
• Drive portfolio investment and prioritization decisions balancing innovation and long-term growth.
