Job summary

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead solution discovery within a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days for parents).

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of industry or project experience.
• Excellent communication skills across audiences.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Lead Business Analyst in defining scope and testing.
• Identify goals and problems across business units.
• Assess feasible solutions and potential impacts.
• Prepare project and test plans as appropriate.
• Document business requirements and obtain user sign-off.
• Track open items and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate defects to Systems developers and track fixes.
• Contribute to requirements traceability and design solutions.
