Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Kraków is seeking a Performance Measurement Team Leader to drive the day-to-day delivery of performance measurement services, lead a talented team, and ensure high-quality client reporting in a hybrid Kraków office.

This role requires deep expertise in performance measurement and attribution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams across investment operations and fund accounting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in Performance Measurement, Fund Accounting, or Investment Operations.
• Strong expertise in performance measurement, attribution methodologies, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Excellent numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and data quality reviews.
• Knowledge of investment products and asset management industry.
• Ability to drive change initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of operations across the investment lifecycle.
• Knowledge of derivatives and alternatives impacting performance reporting.
• CFA/CIPM qualifications are a plus.

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of Performance Measurement services and ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and client service.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in performance measurement, attribution, and investment reporting, guiding complex technical matters.

• Analyzing large volumes of financial and performance data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and system initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
