Vistex is seeking a GTMS Consultant to join our team. You will lead end-to-end GTMS implementations, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing and go-live, partnering with product development, training and support.

You will run workshops with customers, map requirements to system design, build interfaces and reports, and transfer knowledge to enable self-sufficiency after deployment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT or related field.
• 3 years hands-on experience implementing packaged software.
• Experience with end-to-end software implementations and requirement gathering.
• Able to work across time zones and communicate with clients.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of end-to-end business processes for customers and deliver a solution with tangible benefits.
• Deeply understand GTMS features to map customer needs to system design.
• Design and build the system per established best practices.
• Collaborate with back-office teams to configure system, build interfaces, and deliver reports.
• Lead workshops with customers to extract requirements and formulate the to-be solution.
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover to enable customer self-sufficiency after go-live.
