Job summary

PTV Logistics is seeking a RevOps Systems Lead to build and scale the data infrastructure powering our revenue engine. You will own architecture across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, turning business requirements into scalable workflows and actionable insights.

You will lead the GTM tech stack evolution, design data models, governance, and dashboards that reveal subscriptions, churn, and revenue trends, driving continuous improvements from planning to deployment through close

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in Salesforce and/or HubSpot with admin and automation.
• Understanding end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead to renewal.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
• Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• Systems thinker who builds scalable solutions from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead our systems team to evolve the GTM technology stack with scalability and reliability.
• Design and maintain scalable data models, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing rules, and approvals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to identify bottlenecks and optimize lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Lead system enhancements from requirements to deployment and user adoption, promoting continuous improvement.

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and/or subscription management systems such as Chargebee, including administration, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from lead management and pipeline creation to customer expansion and renewal.
• You have a proven ability to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• You bring excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building scalable solutions from the ground up.
