Zusammenfassung

Netguru is seeking a transformation and process excellence leader to drive end-to-end business systems optimization across Sales, Finance, Delivery and People teams. You will map, assess, and redesign core processes, guiding replacements and consolidations while ensuring data integrity and stakeholder alignment.

You will define requirements for in-house development, oversee migrations, and manage program plans with senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in transformation, process excellence, PMO or operations at a company of 200–1,000 people.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Experience leading cross-functional process optimization and business systems transformation initiatives.
• At least one system decommissioning, consolidation or replacement (CRM, PSA, ERP, HRIS).
• Designing integrations at the requirements level: master data, sync direction and frequency, error handling.
• Writing requirements for an in-house development team and prioritizing the backlog with the product owner.
• Data migrations: field mapping, cleansing, validation, GDPR.
• Systems thinking and process modeling.
• Working with senior stakeholders, including the management board.
• Holding to decisions under pressure.
• Talking to developers as an equal, without coding.
• Program management: schedule, dependencies, decisions.
• Change communication.
• Clear and concise communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Sales, Finance, Delivery and People teams.
• Map and optimize core business processes, especially the sales process, including system replacements.
• Assess existing systems landscape and decide retention, replacement, consolidation or discontinuation.
• Define data sources and truth for client, deal, project, person, rate, working time, invoice.
• Gather requirements for integrations, improvements and new features with owners and internal teams.
• Oversee migrations and consolidation, including migration from PeopleForce to an in-house platform.
• Develop program plan: schedule, dependencies, decisions, and communication.
