Forte Group is seeking a leader for RevOps and GTM Engineering to own the data-driven revenue engine across sales and marketing operations. You will shape the GTM tech stack, automate pipelines, and advance AI adoption within the revenue function.

You will partner with Forte Group engineers and report to executive leadership, turning strategic ideas into working automations that scale revenue and improve forecasting.

Qualificações

• 4–8 years in sales ops, RevOps, marketing ops, or GTM engineering.
• Experience applying LLM/AI agent tooling to real workflows.
• Active daily use of AI tools in your own work.
• Fluency in GTM mechanics: lead scoring/routing, MQL/SQL, forecasting, comp plans.

Responsabilidades

• Map lead-to-cash funnel end-to-end and document gaps.
• Own pipeline reporting: revenue, bookings, win rate, forecast accuracy.
• Administer Salesforce: fields, flows, permissions, data hygiene.
• Design territories, quotas, and comp plan mechanics in systems.
• Build and maintain GTM tech stack integrations and dashboards.
