Job summary

StreamForce is hiring a Senior Enterprise Architect who will also lead the Value Creation practice. You will shape AI-first GTM strategy, design target architectures, and guide delivery across onshore and offshore teams for PE-backed portfolios.

You will redesign lead-to-revenue processes, select platform components, and create repeatable accelerators and playbooks that drive EBITDA and growth. This is a remote US role with occasional travel for workshops.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution architecture with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading GTM or quote-to-cash transformations.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI in GTM with production users.
• AI-first stance in revenue processes, data governance and platform integration.
• Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud; ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Creation practice: own strategy, roadmaps, and repeatable programs for PE-backed portfolios.
• Translate value creation theses into scalable offerings, pricing, case studies and playbooks.
• Engage with portfolio CEOs/CFOs to tie AI work to EBITDA and growth.
• Develop AI-first GTM roadmaps and data foundations for AI adoption.
• Own architecture: map AS-IS/TO-BE, design end-to-end lead-to-cash across key systems.
• Lead delivery and M&A programs with cross-team guidance and agile governance.
• Grow the practice by shaping proposals, accelerators, and thought leadership.
