Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader for a remote role to steer global growth initiatives across demand generation, digital marketing, branding, and revenue enablement.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and capable of leading a cross-functional team across Sales, Product, and Delivery to optimize campaigns, ABM programs, and marketing analytics for measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced marketing degree is a plus.
• 12–18+ years in B2B Growth/Demand/Digital Marketing with enterprise experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build predictable demand programs to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Lead campaigns across digital, content, email, SEO, SEM, social media, webinars, events, and partners.
• Develop ABM programs for enterprise customers and optimize funnel with testing.
