Job summary

Exavalu Solutions India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Leader to join our growing Salesforce practice across the US and Canada. This remote, client-facing role partners with sales teams to define transformation strategies, lead discovery workshops, and architect enterprise solutions while supporting proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, developing business cases and effort estimates, with a focus on

Qualifications

12+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience supporting enterprise Salesforce opportunities from qualification through proposal and presentation stages.
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI.
Experience working with clients in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong solution architecture and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and account teams to drive Salesforce solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
Lead client discovery sessions and define transformation roadmaps.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support RFPs, proposals, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
Develop effort estimates, SOWs, and business cases.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle and solution delivery.
