Job summary

Vulcury LLC is seeking a Director of Growth to own demand generation end-to-end from India-based remote location. This senior leadership role requires guiding a cadre of junior marketers and delivering across the full funnel with autonomy in a lean AI-enabled team.

You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, content, PR, website, webinars, and sales oversight while aligning with the CEO and venture studio objectives to drive growth across consulting, spinouts, and investments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in marketing and/or sales, with people management.
• Experience owning marketing execution and sales pipeline end-to-end.
• Strong in B2B environments.
• Background in supply chain, venture studios, consulting, or finance preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel demand generation.
• Data-driven with segmentation, tracking, and attribution.
• Excellent written communication; able to edit blog/content.
• Autonomous in a lean, fast-moving AI-enabled team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full demand gen funnel from awareness to close.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior marketers.
• Manage channels: social, PR, website, webinars, blog.
• Oversee pipeline and ROI measurement across channels.
• Adapt growth strategies across ventures (consultancy, spinouts, finances).
