Job summary

VGW Malta Limited is seeking a CRM Manager in Poland to own the player lifecycle end-to-end for Monopoly Match. You will build, launch, and optimize lifecycle strategies and campaigns across multiple channels from the ground up.

You will work with analytics tools to define segments, run experiments, and drive retention, reactivation, and revenue. Strong copywriting and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRM lifecycle experience in mobile gaming.
• Hands-on with push, in-app messaging, email and SMS campaigns.
• Strong data-driven approach with cohort analysis.
• Experience running A/B tests and optimizing KPIs.
• Excellent copywriting and messaging alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign execution across push, in-app, email and SMS.
• Run continuous A/B tests and lifecycle experiments to lift retention.
• Define segments using analytics to tailor personalized journeys.
• Collaborate with Legal and Product to ensure compliance and approvals.
