VGW in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own user acquisition for Monopoly Match, scaling performance marketing channels and driving in-house marketing capabilities.

You will lead creative strategy and ASO, work with external partners as execution arms, and coach the CRM Manager while aligning brand, organic and lifecycle marketing with product teams to deliver a high-performing player experience.

Qualificações

• Deep UA experience in casual mobile gaming, especially Match-3 titles.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
• Strong background in creative strategy and ASO.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching and performance delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of paid UA strategy across channels, including spend allocation and ROAS targets.
• Drive creative strategy and ASO, guiding external partners while building internal capability.
• Lead and coach the CRM Manager, translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Align brand, organic, and lifecycle marketing with product teams for a unified player experience.
