Job summary

VGW Malta Limited is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Poland to take full strategic ownership of user acquisition for Monopoly Match, scale performance channels, and drive app store monetization strategies.

You will lead creative strategy and ASO, manage external partners while building internal capability, and coach the CRM Manager to deliver high-performance marketing initiatives in alignment with product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven UA experience, managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Casual mobile gaming focus, with emphasis on Match-3 genre.
• Expertise in creative strategy and App Store Optimization (ASO).

Responsibilities

• Own paid UA strategy across channels, optimize spend, hit ROAS targets.
• Drive creative strategy and ASO, manage external partners and build internal capability.
• Coach CRM Manager and set KPIs to translate strategy into action.
• Align brand, organic, and lifecycle marketing with product teams for a seamless player experience.
