Job summary

VGW Malta Limited is seeking a CRM Manager in Poland to own the player lifecycle end-to-end for Monopoly Match, driving campaigns across push, in-app messaging, and more. You will build and optimize lifecycle strategies from ground up, with a strong focus on retention, reactivation, and long-term value.

The role requires 5+ years in lifecycle CRM within mobile gaming, hands-on channel execution, and data-driven decision making using Amplitude or Firebase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven lifecycle CRM experience within mobile gaming.
• Hands-on expertise building campaigns across core mobile channels (push, in-app, in-game inbox, email, SMS).
• Strong data fluency to analyze cohorts, define segments, and measure incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns from briefing to launch and analysis.
• Run continuous A/B tests and lifecycle experiments to improve retention and revenue.
• Define customer segments using analytics tools to tailor personalized journeys.
• Collaborate with Legal and Product to ensure message approval and compliance.
