Job summary

Docplanner Group is seeking a growth-oriented Global Web Project Manager to scale and optimize our B2B web ecosystem across 30+ sites, markets and languages. This is a high-impact role where web is a core growth channel, owning performance and KPI delivery.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Designers and a Web Analyst, run CRO initiatives, plan A/B tests, improve landing pages, drive lead generation (MAL/MQL), and translate data into action across countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong CRO and lead generation knowledge.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Hotjar).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Project management skills with multitasking across markets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and drive growth through websites.
• Own and deliver web KPIs, especially form submissions and leads.
• Identify structural and UX opportunities.
• Plan and execute CRO initiatives and A/B tests.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst.
• Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end.
