Job summary

GERFLOR is seeking a Digital Traffic & Performance Manager to lead global SEO, GEO and growth initiatives from Poznan. You will drive traffic, leads and conversions across 50+ websites and portals, coordinating with international teams and agencies to maximize ROI.

The role requires deep expertise in SEO, web analytics, and marketing automation, with a strong analytical mindset and fluency in English. Hybrid work arrangements apply after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven expertise in SEO, digital acquisition and web analytics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global digital traffic and performance strategy (SEO, GEO, SEA, CRM and marketing automation).
• Increase qualified website traffic, lead generation and conversion rates across international markets.
• Coordinate external SEO/GEO agencies and support local marketing teams worldwide.
• Monitor paid digital campaigns with country marketing teams and optimize ROI.
• Own digital analytics, tracking, and reporting (GA4, GTM, dashboards).
• Analyze customer journeys and improve user experience through CRO and A/B testing.
