Job summary

BeOne seeks an Associate Director, Web Technologies Lead to own the enterprise web platform, CMS, and hosting across markets. You will manage configuration, upgrades, security, and performance to enable digital experiences for Commercial, Medical, and Corporate teams.

You will partner with strategy, analytics, and enablement teams, shaping release processes, standards, and scalable operations while driving continuous improvement in a regulated global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in web technologies, CMS, or marketing tech, preferably biotech or life sciences.
• Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise CMS platforms across a global, multi-site ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of web governance, security, accessibility, and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern BeOne's global web platforms including WordPress CMS and hosting.
• Oversee CMS admin, site structure, templates, plugins, access, and publishing workflows.
• Lead release management, environment configuration, and production deployments.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical specifications and web solutions.
• Drive governance, standards, and operating model for web delivery across markets.
