Job summary

This role requires 2-3+ years managing web projects in regulated environments, hands-on CMS experience (Contentful/WordPress), and strong analytics and English communication.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years managing web projects or digital initiatives in regulated, multi-market environments.
• Ability to run multiple projects with structure and autonomy.
• Hands-on CMS experience with Contentful, WordPress, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Jira).
• Experience with web analytics platforms (GA4).
• Exposure to UX concepts and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead end-to-end delivery of web initiatives from briefing through QA to launch across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, in-house development and creative teams, bridging business needs and technical execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; propose solutions to prevent delays.
• Coordinate CMS editing activities and perform hands-on content edits when needed to keep momentum.
• Partner with affiliate markets, medical, regulatory, legal, and marketing for brand-aligned updates.
• Support approval workflows ensuring regulatory and UX requirements are met.
• Foster cross-functional alignment between content, design, tech, and business priorities.
• Maintain clear project documentation and progress reporting.
