Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to support TT&L activities, coordinating outbound and inbound flows from EU suppliers to the Sweden factory. You will ensure timely, cost-efficient transport and real-time issue communication with shippers and receivers.

The role requires 2 years in transportation/supply chain, a relevant degree, and strong English. You will work in a dynamic team, plan deliveries across air, ocean, and road, and contribute to ERP-driven

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics management is preferred.
• English language B2 level or higher.
• Organized, structured and systematic work habits and mindset.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks with high ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience in working with advanced TMS platforms is preferred (SAP TM).
• Knowledge of transportation rules and regulations including road, air and ocean modes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound & inbound from UE suppliers to factory located in Sweden, ensuring high service levels and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Plan and optimize deliveries across Air, Ocean, and Road modes.
• Maintain real-time communication of service issues with shippers and receivers.
• Manage transport orders and ensure drivers are monitored for customer service.
• Calculate total transport lead time and transport cost per agreed rates.
• Review and approve invoices within freight settlement process.
• Participate in local/global projects and logistics process improvements.
• Develop ERP-related improvements and leverage ERP systems.
