Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound flows from EU suppliers to the Sweden factory. You will work with freight forwarders, planners, and receivers to ensure timely, cost-efficient transport while maintaining high service levels.
You will monitor transport orders, verify documentation, and support ERP/TMS usage. The role requires 2 years in logistics and English at B2 level or higher, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem
You will join to the TT&L (Transport, Trade & Logistics) department, which is a global organization with clear end-to-end responsibility. We are the logistics experts; our role is to ensure the best-in-class logistics setup for their in- and outbound flows across all modes of transport for our businesses.
As a Logistics Operations Specialist you will coordinate outbound & inbound from UE suppliers to factory located in Sweden. Main role is to ensure a high level of service and cost-effective movement of goods for LBU, focusing on real time communication of service issues with shippers and receivers. You will work in fast paced environment and make decisions to meet changing demands of transport requests.
