Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join the TT&L team. You will coordinate outbound and inbound from EU suppliers to a Sweden-based factory, ensuring high service levels and cost-efficient movement of goods.

The role requires at least 2 years in transportation/supply chain, a bachelor's in a related field preferred, and English at B2 or higher. SAP TM experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation or supply chain roles is required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics is preferred.
• English level B2 or higher is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound and inbound from EU suppliers to the factory in Sweden.
• Cooperate with freight forwarders and transport providers to place orders.
• Plan and optimize deliveries across Air, Ocean, and Road modes.
• Manage transport orders and monitor driver performance for service quality.
• Review invoices within freight settlement processes and control costs.
• Identify opportunities for logistics process improvements and ERP enhancements.
