Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound flows from EU suppliers to the Sweden factory. You will work with freight forwarders, planners, and receivers to ensure timely, cost-efficient transport while maintaining high service levels.

You will monitor transport orders, verify documentation, and support ERP/TMS usage. The role requires 2 years in logistics and English at B2 level or higher, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics management preferred.
• English language B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound & inbound from EU suppliers to the factory in Sweden.
• Ensure high level of service and cost-effective movement of goods for LBU.
• Communicate in real time with shippers and receivers about service issues.
• Plan and optimize deliveries across Air, Ocean, and Road modes.
• Manage transport orders and monitor drivers to ensure customer service.
• Review and approve freight invoices within settlement processes.
• Share knowledge of local transport market and regulations.
