Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a dedicated Customs Operations Specialist to join our Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise. You will coordinate import/export customs activities, verify shipping documentation, and ensure trade compliance for the Hitachi Energy group.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience in customs/logistics, SAP GTS knowledge is a plus, and English at B2 level. This is a fixed-term position limited to one year, offering exposure to a dynamic European

Qualifications

Experience: min 6 months of experience in customs/ trade / logistic area.
System skills: experience with SAP GTS is a plus.
Soft skills: good communication & organizing skills.
Hard skills: detail-oriented.
Language skills: English language at least B2 level.
Nice to have: Field of study: SCM/logistics - nice to have, experience in Customer Service job will be advantage

Responsibilities

Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group;
Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance;
Prepare customs instruction (GTS) in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters;
Seek for savings opportunities;
