Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a specialist to support customs operations (import/export) for the Hitachi Energy group.

You will coordinate shipments, verify documents for trade compliance, and prepare SAP GTS instructions for customs authorities. Qualifications

• Experience: min 6 months of experience in customs/ trade / logistic area.
• System skills: experience with SAP GTS is a plus.
• Soft skills: good communication & organizing skills.
• Hard skills: detail-oriented.
• Language skills: English language at least B2 level.
• Nice to have: SCM/logistics studies or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group.
• Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance.
• Prepare customs instruction (GTS) in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
• Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters.
• Seek for savings opportunities.
