Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. Krakow is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for a global TT&L department.

You will manage transport orders, monitor milestones, and work closely with freight forwarders to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods to the factory in Sweden. The role requires 2 years in transportation/supply chain, a Bachelor’s in logistics, and English at B2 level or higher.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation/supply chain.
• English language B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound & inbound logistics from UE suppliers to the factory.
• Plan and optimize deliveries across Air, Ocean, and Road.
• Maintain real-time communication with shippers and receivers.
