Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Training and Certificate Coordinator to join our international Offshore Wind team. You will coordinate safety and technical training for technicians across global offshore locations, support qualification management, and handle certificate processes.

The role offers exposure to global stakeholders, travel domestically and internationally, and the chance to build a strong network in wind energy while improving processes and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in training coordination and qualification management or similar administrative function.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Clear English communication across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore training activities with operations managers to ensure qualification requirements are met.
• Manage and maintain global qualification records in internal systems.
• Develop and apply knowledge of certificates to support compliance and guidance to managers.
• Monitor information flows and maintain accurate paper and electronic documentation.
• Maintain technician training profiles and support shared inbox management.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Global Training Coordination Team.
