Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Offshore Service Technician - Electrical in Poland. You will join a flexible technician pool to support service and troubleshooting on SGRE Offshore wind farms.

The role involves leading small teams, delivering maintenance, and travelling across sites with a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or similar pattern. The candidate should have MT level on WTCF or strong electrical background, plus a proactive safety mindset and valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum MT level on Siemens Wind Turbine Competence Framework (WTCF) or equivalent electrical background.
• Proactive approach to Health and Safety for self and team.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to safely deliver maintenance and troubleshooting on offshore wind farms.
• Provide active safety leadership and proper reporting of incidents and near misses.
• Assist in planning and coordinating service activities and tasks on site.
