Job summary

Siemens Energy Wind Power division seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training for offshore technicians. You will collaborate with the Training Project Manager to align programs with goals, create instructional materials, and evaluate impact to drive performance improvement.

Responsibilities include developing manuals, assessments, refresher modules, keeping content current with technology and regulations, and maintaining training records to support CSR upskilling.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and developing training programs.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and evaluation skills.
• PMC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Training Project Manager to design and develop training programs aligned with goals.
• Develop clear instructional materials (manuals, presentations, guides, storyboards).
• Apply ADDIE/SAM to create learning experiences with traditional and digital methods.
• Assess training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and metrics; suggest improvements.
• Create refresher training modules for offshore wind technicians to reinforce knowledge.
• Continuously update training materials reflecting process, tech, or regulatory changes.
• Maintain training records in logbooks and systems; support upskilling across CSR.
• Stay updated on trends to enhance training programs.
