Job summary

Siemens Energy's Wind Power division seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs for offshore wind technicians, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance metrics.

You will create manuals, presentations, and storyboards; apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies; assess impact using surveys and metrics, and update materials to reflect industry changes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training design and development.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and evaluation skills.
• PMC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Training Project Manager to design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop clear instructional materials such as training manuals, presentations, guides, and storyboards.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM methodologies to create effective learning experiences with traditional and digital methods.
• Assess training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; recommend improvements.
• Create refresher training modules for offshore wind technicians to reinforce learning.
• Update training materials to reflect changes in processes, technology, or regulations.
• Maintain records in training logbooks and the logbook system; support CSR upskilling.
• Stay updated with trends in learning and development and apply new insights.
