Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Professional/Experienced HSE expert to join the LIF team in offshore lifting operations, covering planning to execution. You will provide HSE support to the offshore lifting team and drive continuous improvement across the lifting community.

Responsibilities include authoring internal standards, reviewing documents, supporting training, and maintaining incident data. You will promote a strong safety culture and engage with industry safety bodies.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH (International) diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Lifting Operations (e.g., CPCS A61, LEEA AP, NCCCO Lift Director, or equivalent).
• Proficient in developing procedures and guidelines for lifting operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Author and implement internal operational control documents and standards for lifting activities.
• Support offshore lifting team with document review and HSE support.
• Assist in training development and competency frameworks for site-based lifting personnel.
