Job summary

Siemens Gamesa Polska is seeking experienced technicians to join our Polish Technician Pool. You will lead small teams and deliver maintenance and troubleshooting on SGRE Offshore wind farms, with a 50/50 2 weeks on/2 weeks off shift pattern.

The role requires MT level on the Siemens Wind Turbine Competence Framework or a formal electrical background, strong safety leadership, and a valid driving license with offshore medical clearance.

Qualifications

• MT level or electrical background is required.
• Strong safety leadership and proactive health & safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work independently or in teams.
• Valid driving license and ability to pass offshore medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to safely deliver maintenance and troubleshooting on offshore wind farms.
• Provide active safety leadership and ensure proper reporting of incidents and near misses.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics to optimize daily/weekly site activity plans.
• Support welfare, PPE, transport, and equipment issues on site.
