Job summary

AMS is seeking a Specialist Talent Sourcer to drive indirect sourcing and candidate engagement across client partnerships. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and client teams to shape sourcing strategies and deliver strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities include identifying high-quality candidates, building talent pools, and managing postings to maximise reach while leveraging recruitment tech and analytics. Fluency in English and experience in the UK market are valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in direct sourcing and candidate identification using various tools and platforms.
• Sourcing experienced talent within Financial Services or Banking.
• Familiarity with UK market hiring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to screen, assess and qualify candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience presenting recruitment insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, capture role briefs and share market insights.
• Build sector-specific talent pools through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Engage, screen and qualify candidates, gathering key information for long-lists.
• Manage job board postings and client career sites to maximise reach.
• Collaborate with client services and delivery teams to support hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment system updates and service level targets.
• Share knowledge in team meetings to improve sourcing.
