Job summary

AMS is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support graduate and trainee recruitment. You will review large volumes of applications, identify talent, and run proactive outreach to strengthen candidate pipelines.

The role may involve university engagement and internal mobility initiatives, with a focus on timely, professional communication and data accuracy. You will collaborate with Recruiters and Recruitment Partners, building strong pipelines and delivering high-quality shortlists for

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Experience reviewing large volumes of CVs/applications with attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing and candidate research skills using LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience supporting graduate or early-career recruitment is advantageous.
• Exposure to university recruitment or campus engagement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review high volumes of applications and CVs to identify candidates for graduate and trainee opportunities.
• Apply screening and sourcing techniques to build high-quality candidate shortlists.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with Recruiters and Recruitment Partners to align on hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future early-careers needs.
• Support university outreach and talent engagement activities to raise awareness of opportunities.
• Assist internal mobility initiatives by engaging internal talent when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure data quality and process compliance.
