You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, manage candidate outreach, and drive quality hires while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with recruiters and hiring managers to gather detailed role briefs.
• Support sourcing efforts and align with recruitment goals.
• Review and manage active applications for roles.
• Identify candidates via diverse channels and networks.
• Build and nurture a sector-specific candidate network.
• Screen and qualify candidates to create long-lists.
• Maintain service levels and participate in team meetings.
