Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition leader to shape the delivery of TA services for EMEA. You will partner with business leaders, TA Leads, and outsourced providers to translate regional needs into world-class TA solutions.

The role involves vendor management, benchmarking, end-to-end delivery, and driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, with occasional travel to EU offices.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in Global Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in operational leadership and vendor management.
• Understanding of employment laws, diversity and inclusion best practices.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end regional TA delivery for the region across all categories.
• Collaborate with global TA and suppliers to deliver Enterprise TA.
• Establish benchmarks and manage vendor performance for best practice.
• Monitor stakeholders and drive regional TA transformations.
• Drive tech optimisation and process improvements across recruitment.
• Track recruitment metrics and reporting to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and promote inclusion.
• Oversee regional budget and spend in partnership with leadership.
