Job summary

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, is seeking a proactive Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team in Poland. You will source candidates across Americas, using AI tools to map markets and build pipelines for diverse roles.

You will partner with TA Specialists, conduct initial screening, and run targeted outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and communities. English proficiency and curiosity to experiment with new tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months hands-on sourcing experience, international markets a plus.
• Experience sourcing tech and/or non-tech roles.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing, recruiting, research, or everyday workflows.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to write personalized and engaging outreach messages.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across different seniority levels across markets.
• Support hiring across tech and non-tech functions.
• Develop and improve sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Use AI tools to improve candidate research, market mapping, personalization, and efficiency.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research.
• Review candidate profiles against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, English level, and overall fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS.
