Job summary

ISS A/S in Warsaw (Poland) or Copenhagen (Denmark) is hiring to lead the project management of implementing our AI-enabled recruitment platform, aimed at reducing time to fill and improving the experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will coordinate with the TA Centre of Excellence, country teams, and vendors to deliver the program across multiple countries, with multi-year stages, governance, and visible business benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of project management experience from global organizations within people-technical system implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical solutions clearly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Experience in MS Excel and modeling/scenario planning for business cases
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or Asana for planning, tracking and managing tasks
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and tech trends to convey concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop country-level and enterprise-wide business cases with cost/benefit scenarios.
• Define scope, objectives and deliverables; create detailed project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Identify and allocate project resources across country and group.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Serve as primary contact; communicate status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, clients, vendors and teams.
• Monitor expenditures and coordinate with finance to forecast and report costs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality testing and documentation.
