Job summary

Alcor is seeking a Full-cycle IT Recruiter focused on AI/ML roles in Poland. You will build pipelines and a talent ecosystem for AI specialists across Europe and LATAM, driving end-to-end recruitment and collaborating with Hiring Managers to execute AI talent activations.

You will work with global stakeholders, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, while developing proactive pipelines in multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical recruiting with ownership of niche AI/ML roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI/ML-related roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align on requirements, hiring strategy, and expectations.
• Support and execute AI-focused hiring activations (e.g., talent pods, high-priority searches).
• Track and manage pipeline health, ensuring a flow of qualified candidates.
• Lead candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Build and maintain a proactive AI-native talent pipeline across key markets.
