ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking a Site Contracts Lead. The role is home or office based and will coordinate negotiation, budgeting, and execution for assigned studies.

You will work with legal, finance and project teams to ensure compliant language, accurate budgets and timely delivery, while guiding Site Contracts Negotiators and refining contracting playbooks and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in contract management within CRO/pharma or healthcare.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple studies and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end site contracting activities including template use, negotiation and execution tracking.
• Escalate contract issues and propose solutions balancing sponsor, site and internal needs.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams on contract language, budgets and risk.
• Monitor contracting timelines and metrics; drive actions to shorten cycle times.
• Provide guidance to Site Contracts Negotiators and coordinate work across studies.
• Contribute to development of contracting playbooks, templates and standard processes.
