Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Site Resourcing Lead to coordinate projects and supervise the team of Clinical Research Coordinators. You will oversee setup, management of cooperation with Sites and Sponsors, and act as Line Manager for the assigned team.

Key responsibilities include direct staff oversight, contract and onboarding management, relationship building with Sponsors and Sites, and ensuring project quality and compliance across activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Study Coordinator or similar.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Previous managerial experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and enthusiasm.
• Excellent planning, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct line management of assigned staff, monitoring task completion and conducting reviews.
• Supervise administrative aspects of Site Resourcing personnel, including contracts and reports.
• Maintain relationships with Sponsors, Sites and personnel.
• Develop project guidelines, oversee quality and compliance.
• Ensure access, materials and equipment for staff; provide training.
• Coordinate cross-team communication and vendor relations.
