The Site Engagement Study Manager will coordinate end-to-end site engagement activities across assigned trials, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with KPIs and budgets.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven insights, and high-quality reporting to optimize recruitment and trial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical trial operations with site engagement exposure.
• Experience on global, multi-country trials.
• Ability to operate in matrix environments across Clinical, PM and sponsor teams.
• Experience contributing to customer-facing deliverables or governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site engagement activities across trials, aligning with KPIs and timelines.
• Develop and manage country/site level engagement plans and escalation triggers.
• Lead routine internal and external study meetings.
• Track actions across CTLs, SELs, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze site- and study-level data and provide clear, actionable insights in reports.
• Ensure study docs and trackers are complete and maintained per timelines.
• Identify operational and recruitment risks and drive issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison among sponsor, project management, clinical teams and site resources.
