Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences.
• 5+ years in Clinical Research Start-Up.
• Strong project management with regulatory submission knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel (~15%).

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities for assigned projects.
• Oversee delivery of site activation, ensuring sponsor timelines and KPIs are met.
• Ensure comprehensive site activation plans and regulatory compliance.
• Lead sponsor communications, kick-offs, updates and status calls.
• Apply project management to optimize performance and collaboration.
