Siemens Energy seeks a seasoned Global Service Strategy & Workforce Planning Lead to shape the Payroll and T&A service strategy, demand management and workforce planning for the GSO organization. The role coordinates inputs from Service Owners, SSC, regions, HR Systems, vendors and Finance to ensure a stable, scalable service model.

• 5+ years of experience in service strategy and workforce planning.
• Experience in global shared services and payroll operations planning.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Understanding Payroll and T&A service drivers and country complexity.
• Ability to balance long-term transformation with continuity and service stability.

Responsabilidades

• Define future service demand, capacity and capability needs for Payroll and T&A transition readiness.
• Support scenario analysis for service ownership, demand changes and risk prioritization.
• Own the Payroll and T&A service strategy, demand management and workforce planning for GSO.
• Coordinate service roadmap input across Service Owners, SSC, regions, HR Systems, vendors and Finance.
• Support transformation portfolio post go-live, including system changes and operating model evolution.
• Provide insights on capacity, demand, trends and workforce risks to inform decisions.
