Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Global Payroll Service Lead to define the global Payroll service, protect the process and control framework, and own Payroll governance after go-live. You will ensure a compliant, accurate, timely, and auditable payroll service as the business owner during transition into the future Siemens Energy environment.

You will lead governance across countries, vendors, and SSC readiness, driving standards, controls, and KPIs to ensure payroll readiness and delivery globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in multi-country/global settings.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, statutory requirements and posting processes.
• Experience governing vendors, shared services, or SSC across regions.
• Ability to translate complexity into global standards and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, Finance, Tax, IT and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global Payroll service scope and governance framework.
• Act as design authority for payroll standards during transition.
• Partner with Transformation and SSC readiness teams to confirm payroll readiness by country.
• Own end-to-end global Payroll service and govern vendor delivery against KPIs and standards.
• Approve changes and deviations requiring governance approval.
• Maintain strategic roadmap for Payroll evolution post-stabilization.
